Oceans Gym - Lose Weight - Get Fit - Stay Fit

If you’re a beginner, our friendly and very approachable instructors are just the right people to get you started. We can help you to develop good habits, create a fitness programme that you can actually stick with and monitor your progress to ensure that you are happy at every stage of your personal development.

We don’t mind if you prefer a more hands-off approach. Our new facilities are fully equipped with safe and easy-to-use fitness machines so you can feel confident about getting started – and we’ll still be available for any help and advice that you might need.

On Track

Personal Trainer

If you’re a complete beginner we’ll give you all
the support and guidance you need. If you’re more
experienced, our instructors will be there for you,
if and when you need them.

We’ve spent the last five years researching, listening to our members and finding out exactly what they want from their instructors. ‘On Track’ is a direct result of this work.

On Track ensures that every new member of Oceans receives as much support, guidance and encouragement as they need. The aim of which is to ensure every Oceans member is successful in achieving their goals.

If you wish, your instructor will even keep an eye on your attendance and if you begin to slip out of the habit, they will give you a gentle reminder to encourage you to keep on track!

To begin with, you will have two 1 hour personal training sessions with your instructor. These sessions will assess your goals, fitness levels, medical background and lifestyle in addition to showing you how to operate the gym quipment safely and effectively.

Your dedicated instructor will help you set up your gym programme and will look after you throughout your time at the club. Regular fitness and goal achievement reviews, advice on diet and out of club exercise activities are all part of the service each and every member at Oceans will enjoy.
